ST. CHARLES -- For the third year in a row, Insurance Program Managers Group has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance.
The Best Places to Work awards program, started by Business Insurance magazine and Best Companies Group, is a program designed to recognize and honor the best employers in insurance.  To be considered for the program companies had to meet 6-criteria as set forth by Business Insurance and Best Companies.
Once the criteria are met participating companies then must participate in a 2-part survey.  The first part focuses on evaluating the participating company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy's, demographics and systems.  The second part is an employee survey designed to measure the employee experience.
Participating companies are grouped in to 3-categories by size; small (25-249 employees), medium (249 - 500 employees) and large (500 and above).  IPMG ranked 5th overall in the small category.
