NAPERVILLE -- John V. Roscich of Roscich & Roscich Lawyers has been named to the 2013 edition of Illinois Super Lawyers.
Each year, only 5 percent of the state’s lawyers receive the honor. Roscich was also named a Super Lawyer in 2006, 2007 and 2012.
Roscich is a founder and managing partner of Roscich & Roscich, Attorneys, leading his firm in counseling and representing a sophisticated array of individuals in complex family law matters.  He has also been counsel to thousands of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as estate planning and business matters.
The other firm lawyers are Carolyn Roscich and Zachary Martel.  The firm’s name is changing to Roscich & Martel, Attorneys, LLC.   
John and Carolyn have been active in community organizations and committees.  John was a member of the District 203 School Board for five years, and has been active in other organizations.  They have been members of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce since 1974. They are founding members of St. Thomas the Apostle Church and John serves as a lector.  Carolyn has served as President of the Naperville Library Board and AAUW.  They are the voices of the Naperville Century Walk audio tour.
John is also a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  The Academy is an organization of approximately 2,000 family law attorneys throughout the United States
The selections are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, Thompson Reuters, Legal Division, based in Eajan, Minn.  The team undertakes a multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area and a good-standing and disciplinary investigation.
