OAK BROOK -- The Davis Companies said Molina Healthcare finalized a new lease bringing over 150 new jobs to The Crossings corporate campus in Oak Brook.
Molina Healthcare will occupy 37,127 square feet of office space at 1520 Kensington Road.
A Fortune 500 company, Molina Healthcare arranges for the delivery of health care services or offers health information management solutions for nearly 4.3 million individuals and families who receive their care through Medicaid, Medicare and other government funded programs in 15 states.
“As Molina Healthcare continues to grow we are looking for space that has the right amenities and location for our company and our employees. The Crossings meets those needs perfectly. The building ownership, The Davis Companies, have worked with us to provide solutions to match our needs, and we value the investments they have made in The Crossings,” said Salvador Gutierrez, associate vice president of facilities for Molina Healthcare.
The Crossings, which total 303,510 square feet, are positioned in a campus setting on a 17-acre site. They are currently 93 percent leased; up 30 percent from The Davis Companies’ acquisition in 2010. Amenities include three-story atrium lobbies, interior landscaping, fountains, an on-site day care facility, full service sundry shop and on-site cafe, fitness center and the new 50-person conference center.
“We made a major commitment to the Oak Brook market quickly after buying The Crossings by investing approximately $6.2 million over the past 3 years, not to mention the critical time spent at this great Class A office park and in the Village of Oak Brook to attract new businesses to Oak Brook, and we are proud to say that with the help of all our partners and clients we have succeeded,” said Duncan Gilkey, Senior Vice President of The Davis Companies.
Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, Jim Adler, executive vice president, and Garrett Schulz, associate, with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented The Davis Companies in the transaction. Charlie Copelan of McKinney Advisory Group of San Francisco represented Molina Healthcare.
