Lake County-based Consumers Credit Union recently announced the promotion of Bonny Thomas to the position of Visa manager at the Member-owned credit union. Replacing Thomas as the Branch Manager in Mundelein is Jim Eisert, formerly the counter service manager at CCU's Waukegan office. Jennifer Wenckowski will replace Eisert in Waukegan, and  Anissa Ivy moves to counter service manager in the Gurnee office.  Thomas returned to the credit union as a Member Service Representative in 2007, working in the Gurnee and Mundelein offices before her promotion to the Visa Department after working in Round Lake Beach earlier in her career. She has an extensive background at other financial institutions and brings a great deal of experience in card servicing, issuance and fraud monitoring to her new position. Eisert joined CCU in 2007 as counter service manager in the Waukegan office. He has a wealth of knowledge as a teller trainer, senior teller and Visa representative at another credit union prior to joining CCU. Now managing the member owned credit union's Mundelein office, his new duties include assuring members receive fast, courteous and accurate Member service. Wenckowski began her career at CCU as a counter service representative in October of 2006 at the credit union's Round Lake Beach location. She served as both supervisor and counter service manager of the credit union's Gurnee office. Her new duties include management of the Waukegan Counter Service Department, development of its staff, as well as serving as Lead Manager for the other Counter Service Managers at the credit union. Ivy also began her credit union career in the counter service department, joining Team CCU in 1997. She worked her way up within the counter service department, gaining valuable knowledge and experience as a CSR I, CSR II and as a counter service supervisor. Ivy's new responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the counter service department, training the counter service staff and to assure members receive quality service when visiting the Gurnee office.
