CHICAGO -- Infinite Convergence Solutions, a next-generation wireless messaging and mobility solutions provider for carriers and enterprises, today announces that its Rich Communications Suite (RCS) Solution has received accreditation from the GSM Association (GSMA).
The certification reinforces Infinite Convergence's commitment to industry standardization, world-class mobile messaging solutions and seamless interoperability between mobile operators.
"We're extremely proud that the GSMA has recognized Infinite Convergence and our Rich Communications Suite as a hosted solution provider that is compliant with its stringent standards," said Anurag Lal, CEO of Infinite Convergence. "A consistent set of standards across mobile operators is a necessity in order to keep the telecom industry moving forward, and rich-media communications combined with interoperability is a major differentiator for mobile operators."
Founded in 1982, the GSMA is widely recognized for its work representing the interests of the global mobile communications industry, including mobile operators, manufacturers and developers. In order to receive GSMA accreditation, Rich Communication Services must undergo a thorough verification process that tests the RCS solution in hundreds of various interoperability scenarios and supplies detailed evidence to verify the solution performs in accordance with GSMA standards. Mobile operators looking to deploy Rich Communication Services are ensured that all GSMA-certified solutions, including Infinite Convergence's RCS, are compliant with the standards, interoperate between RCS clients and mobile operators from launch date and shorten go-to-market time.
